Returns:

Refunds:

In the event of approval, the refund process will commence, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. Detailed instructions for returning the item will be provided, and upon verification, we will either issue a refund or dispatch a replacement based on your preference.

Exchanges:

At present, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you wish to procure a different product, kindly initiate the return of the original item for a refund and proceed to place a new order.
